The Firm

James J. Varaklis & Company

James J. Varaklis & Company is an independent financial services and insurance consulting firm. Our clients include small and mid-sized businesses, high net worth individuals, their families and associated business interests. Based in Lebanon, New Jersey we predominantly work with clients in the New York Tri-State area, but can represent clients throughout the United States.

Our mission is to help our clients realize their financial goals while minimizing their exposure to unnecessary risk. We focus on building portfolios to help meet their needs while emphasizing consistent returns. We begin by helping our clients identify and prioritize their financial needs. Working together, we map out goals, develop an appropriate plan and implement a customized, tax-efficient investment strategy to achieve the desired results.

Our employee benefit consulting division completes the equation by ensuring that benefits offered in the workplace compliment, fortify, and maximize both employer and employee expectations.

Businesses are built on relationships, and we are extremely proud of the special bond that we have with our clients. It is very difficult to articulate how special that relationship is, or how we have come together, but we firmly believe that good people do business with good people.

As advanced as our technology may be, and as efficient as we may have structured our respective businesses, we still believe that a meeting and a handshake represent a commitment that encompasses and defines character, morality, and ultimately defines and solidifies a very special relationship.

We welcome you to our site, and would encourage you to browse through our pages. As much as our website will give an initial impression, we would like nothing more than for you to actually stop by our office and meet us in person. This link will direct you to our Lebanon, New Jersey location.

Good people do business with good people, and we welcome the opportunity to work together and to forge that special relationship that is difficult to articulate, but exists nonetheless.
